Acitrom (Nicoumalone)

Acitrom (Nicoumalone) is an oral anticoagulant used for the prevention and treatment of harmful blood clots. This medication is a blood thinner that helps smooth flow of blood in your body, which reduces the risk of a stroke or heart attack. It lowers the risk of blood clots in people with atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rhythm), and in those who have received heart valve replacement or who have had a recent heart attack.

Missed Dose of Acitrom
